Gorgeous collection of works from one of my all time favourite artists! If you're a fan of McGinley's, you will fall in love with his work all over again; and if you are trying something new you won't be disappointed! This doesn't really live up to his earlier work for me. I think this series felt rather forced and maybe rushed in the creation. It doesn't feel nearly as intimate as Ryan's early work. I have been a big fan of Ryan since early in his career, but I feel like maybe it's time to move on. Some of the images are really amazing, but as a whole the book feels a little off.Also, the quality of the book is not great. Cheaply made (although it is a good price). The binding on my copy is already falling apart and the cover is very cheap and easily bruised. The glueing on the cover is already separating and I just got it today. Not a quality product in my opinion.This book feels like it was just put out there to make some people some cash while Ryan's name is still hot. Probably going to return it or sell it.
