Very detailed and relatively easy to use as a reference in a hurry. Henry M. Robert III The most recent version of the accepted rules of order. This was just what I was looking for. A few changes from the previous edition but no many. I found it to be better laid out that the 11th edition. The most important section was the suggestions of how to conduct an electronic meeting.
